19.2 CrossFit Open

As many of you know, The CrossFit Games Open started last week. Today, I completed 19.2 which was: img_4302

Beginning on an 8-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
25 hanging knee-raises
50 single-unders
15 squat cleans, 55 lb.
25 hanging knee-raises
50 single-unders
13 squat cleans, 75 lb.
If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 hanging knee-raises
50 single-unders
11 squat cleans, 95 lb.
If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 hanging knee-raises
50 single-unders
9 squat cleans, 115 lb.
If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 hanging knee-raises
50 single-unders
7 squat cleans, 135 lb.

Stop at 20 minutes.

I did the scaled version. My goal was to get into the third round. I have never squat cleaned 95 lbs, but today I finally did! My problem has always been dropping under the bar. I had about 4 minutes to try to get as many as possible. There were many times I was so close but bailed. With 10 seconds left, I finally got one.

I am extremely happy with my results. I PR’d and gave it my all.

I cant wait to see what is in store for 19.3.
