12 Days of Christmas

Today, my box completed the 12 days of Christmas WOD. This year was my first year completing it. I went into it thinking it was like a Hero WOD, but it was actually fun. It became a little spicy around 9. The hardest part was the walking lunges.

The 12 Days of Christmas WOD is completed like the song goes. You start with 1 then 2-1, then 3-2-1 until the song is completed from 12-1.

The prescribed weight was 65/95. I used 45lbs My finishing time was 35:20.

1 Squat Snatch
2 Box Jumps
3 Push Press
4 Pull Ups
5 Hang Power Cleans
6 Chest Clapping Push-ups
7 Deadlifts
8 Toes to Bar
9 Kettlebell Swings
10 Jumping Lunges (20 total)
11 Wall Balls
12 Calorie Row
