So during the crossfit open, I struggled to do just 1 pull up. Fast forward to now and I can do several unassisted.
I have also done toes to bar in a WOD.
Now, I make sure I do unassisted in every WOD. It will only make it better.
I am so proud of how far Ive gotten. I can only get better from here on out.
Keep working on your weakness. You will surely improve.
