18.5 will be…

So the Crossfit community recently found out that for 18.5 we get to chose what the workout will be. I must say that this is very exciting. Because it is the last WOD in the 2018 Open, each one brings its own challenge.

There are 3 workout options to chose from.

Option 1:
(11.6)
7-min AMRAP
3-6-9-12-15-ETC. reps of:
Thrusters
Chest to Bar Pull-ups

Option 2:
(13.5)
4 Min.+ 4 Min. +4 Min. …
15 Thrusters
15 C2B Pull-ups            x3

Option 3:
(14.2)
3 Min.+ 3 Min. + 3 Min. …
10 Overhead Squats
10 C2B Pull-Ups             x2
*increase reps every 3 min

 

In each option, there will be squats below parallel and chest to bar pull-ups.  I personally hate thrusters so option 1 and 2 are a no go for me. Each option is taken from a previous open workout. I am anxious to see which option I will face in the last open workout for 2018!
